Here at Rhino Digital Printing, we offer full color envelope printing. We keep many standard sizes of envelopes in stock. All our house stock envelopes are white on 24# stock with a standard square flap. However we can order specialty envelopes on a per order basis, or you can provide your own, should you want a specialty color or size. We are also able to print on the back flap of most envelopes. Ask us about double-sided envelope printing when placing your order.

Another advantage to using Rhino Digital Printing is that we offer full addressing and mailing services using variable data. Variable data printing is a form of digital printing in which elements such as text or graphics may be changed from one printed piece to the next without slowing down the printing process. We can take your address list in a number of different formats (most often an exel database) and print it in whatever font you choose directly on the envelope.

Using the same excel list, we can also print each name onto an invitation or letter to be inserted into the corresponding printed envelope. That way we can provide you with printed envelopes and a matching card or letter, which you can either take the time to stuff and seal yourself, or we can handle that for you.

This process can even be used to put a different picture or other graphic element on every printed piece to make them truly unique!

We also provide bulk mailing services. If you have over 200 names and addresses in your mailing list then you may qualify for pre-sorted and bar coded mail rates, which allow you to pay less then the standard rate of a postage stamp. Contact us today to learn more about our standard bulk mail rates.
